Delivery Area

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after the order has been confirmed.

Delivery may take slightly longer for remote areas, during public holidays, sales, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 working day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available for your order, it will be shared with you after your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

• Photos or video of the parcel and product, where applicable
